HOW TO APPLY FOR A GRANT
The process is simple.
- Click on the Guidelines and Instructions link below and make certain that you meet the qualifications sought by the Champaign County Memorial Foundation found on the page.
- Click on Grant Application link below and download and print out the application form.
- If instructed by a board member, click on the short form then download and print it out.
- Fill out the form, making certain that the signature of the board president/executive director and the treasurer have signed it.
- Mail the Application Form to the Champaign County Memorial Foundation at the address found at the end of the form. Mail to:
